2. Data we process

• Contact form data: the data provided by the user (name, email address, company and phone number, both optional, and the content of their message).
• Browsing data: only if the user accepts analytics or advertising cookies, data such as cookie identifiers, IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, the source of the visit (for example, an ad) and actions taken on the site, such as submitting the form, are collected. More information in thecookie policy.

3. Purposes of processing

• To handle and respond to contact requests and, where applicable, manage any resulting commercial or pre-contractual relationship (preparing proposals and quotes).
• To analyse use of the site statistically in order to improve it (Google Analytics 4).
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show personalised ads to people who have visited the site on platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram (Google Ads and the Meta Pixel). This may involve profiling for advertising purposes, although no automated decisions with legal effects on the user are made.

4. Legal basis

• Contact form: the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Analytics and advertising: the user’s consent, given through the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). It can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Data retention

Form data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, for the duration of any resulting relationship, as well as for the periods required by applicable law. It will then be deleted.

Browsing data is kept for the lifetime of each cookie (stated in the cookie policy). In Google Analytics 4, user-level data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

6. Recipients

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following service providers are used:

• Resend, Inc. (USA), as data processor, to send the form messages by email.
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), and its parent company Google LLC (USA), for web analytics (Google Analytics 4) and ad measurement and personalisation (Google Ads).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland), and its parent company Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA), for ad measurement and personalisation (Meta Pixel). For the collection and transmission of this data to Meta, the owner and Meta act as joint controllers; any further processing by Meta is governed by its own privacy policy.
• The website’s hosting provider, for technical hosting.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Google, Meta and Resend are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, apply standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which ensure an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.

8. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing toinfo@kloudmark.com and proving your identity. You also have the right to withdraw your consent and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Minors

This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under 14, do not use the contact form without the permission of your parents or guardians.

10. Security

The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or to the site. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
